Starting the Conversation

The process begins with a conversation. We'll talk through the cemetery location, any regulations that may apple, the type of monument you're considering, granite colors, and the personal details you'd like included.

Reviewing the Design

After we gather the details, we create a digital proof of the design. Proofs are typically ready within just a few days. This gives the opportunity to carefully review spelling, dates, layouts and any design elements before anything moves forward. Nothing is finalized until you approve it. Accuracy and confidence matter.

Understanding the Timeline

The overall timeline largely depends on the type of granite selected. If you choose domestic granite, the typical timeline is about 4 to 6 months. If the granite is sourced overseas, arrival can take longer due to importing and shipping. In those cases, the timeline is usually 6 to 9 months before the stone comes in. We explain timing upfront so expectations are clear from the beginning.

Craftsmanship & Engraving

Once the granite arrives, the monument is sent to our trusted engraving partners in Minnesota. While we don't do the engraving in-house, we work closely with experience craftsman to ensure the final results reflect the approved design with care and precision.

Installation & Final Placement

After engraving is complete, we coordinate installation at the cemetery. We also help navigate cemetery requirements, so you don't have to manage those logistics alone. Once the monument has been placed, we will notify you so you know it is set and complete.
